Metronome Named Finalist for 2025 Community Heroes Award
Fairfax, VA - Metronome is honored to be named a finalist for the 2025 Community Heroes Award, to be presented during the Awards for Impact at the Oscar Mike Annual Ball on Friday, November 7, 2025, in Chicago.
This recognition reflects a mission central to Metronome's culture and values: helping veterans successfully transition from military service into purposeful, high‐impact civilian careers.
Through its SkillBridge programs, Metronome has supported dozens of transitioning service members with coaching, training, and career guidance, preparing them to succeed in meaningful roles beyond the uniform. Across human resources, talent acquisition, operations, and delivery teams, soldiers, veterans, and service members have learned from experienced professionals and advanced their careers within the organization.
Metronome has also partnered with multiple nonprofit organizations that share a commitment to supporting the veteran community, working collaboratively to create pathways toward renewed purpose and long‐term career growth after military service.
Throughout its history, and especially over the past three years, Metronome has consistently hired veterans into government contracts across the country, many of which support the Department of Defense's most critical cybersecurity missions.
